Brief Introduction
Cixi City Hangzhou Bay Bearings Co., Ltd. (PLB bearings) was established in 1992 and specialized in manufacture EMQ bearings, Small ball bearings, Automobile alternator bearings, Bicycle bearings, Thrust ball bearings, Special bearings etc. We oriented on customers’ satisfaction, and strictly adheres to international standards of ISO9001-2000 and ISO/TS16949 with strategies of lean production, high quality, dedicated services and continued cooperation. It has developed to be a strengthened bearing manufacturer & exporter at home with continued innovation in keen market competitions. In recent years, PLB bearings have been exported to Southeast Asia, Mid-east, European & American regions by means of unremitting efforts of all staff, which has enjoyed approvals & reputation from the new and old customers at home and abroad.
Our mainly bearing items have: Miniature & Small Deep Groove Ball Bearings (60, 62, 63, 67, 68, 69 series), Inch Ball Bearings (R, MR series), Thrust Ball Bearings (F, FM, 51100 series), Flanged Ball Bearings, Self-aligning Ball Bearings, Automobile Alternator Bearings (B series), and Special Ball Bearings according to our customers' requirements or drawings. PLB bearings use Chrome steel GCr15(AISI 52100 / JIS SUJ2), also use Stainless steel 2Cr13(AISI 420 / JIS SUS420) as per our customers' requirements. The precision tolerances have ABEC-0 / P0, ABEC-3 / P6 and ABEC-5 / P5. Noise & Vibration have ZV1, ZV2 and ZV3. Bearing clearances have C0, C2, C3 and C4.
