Bearings' Material

Ring & Ball: PLB bearings use vacuum degassed, high carbon chrome bearing steel GCr15. This is the standard material for precision bearing rings and balls. The material has uniform specification as AISI 52100, DIN100 Cr6, JIS SUJ2.

Retainer / Cage: PLB bearings retainers are made from cold rolled carbon steel. However, in cases of corrosive environment, misalignment, or high speed operation. Stainless steel, or phenolic resins, or Nylon 66 will be used upon request.

Seals & Shields: PLB bearings shields also employ carbon steel as standard, and the option of AISI-300 stainless steel is available when needed. PLB uses a variety of sealing materials to meet the requirements of high temperature operation and compatibility with greases. Seals use Buna Nitrile is the standard material, while fluorocarbon, silicone, and Teflon seals are commonly specified for high temperatures.
Lubricant: PLB bearings supplied with shielded or sealed are filling different types grease upon request, and also filling light oil for open type bearings.

Packing: PLB bearings can provide you with standard industrial package(plastic tube + export carton + wooden pallet), also can use polybag + single box + export carton + wooden pallet. Meanwhile, we are willing to provide other packages as per your requirements. For marking, we would like to provide PLB brand, or neutral brand and your own brand according to your requirements.
